Outreach Specialist

Center City District is seeking an Outreach Specialist to be a part of the Center City District's On-Street Community Service Representative Operations, our Outreach Specialists are responsible for engaging unsheltered people on the street, assessing their needs, identifying appropriate supports, and developing trusting relationships to guide the clients to the best support services available. Outreach workers will coordinate their efforts with businesses, city agencies and other service providers.

Facilities Manager - Park Operations 

This position is a hands on supervisory position that will focus on the operation and maintenance of CCD’s high profile parks, CCD leased Cafes and events that occur at Dilworth Park, Sister Cities Park, Collins Park, Cret Park and 255 city blocks which are the boundaries of the CCD. Under the direction of the Director of Park Operations, the Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the operations of the maintenance associated with all of CCD assets along with monitoring/surveying to ensure that the parks and events managed by CCD are maintained to the highest standards. The Facilities Manager will also assist the Park Operations Director with the preparation of monthly reports and the management of onsite contractors after regular operating hours.

Facilities Maintenance Technician- Full Time

Center City District is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, to assist with the operation and maintenance of four parks, three cafes, fountains, and ponds the CCD owns or manages in Center City Philadelphia and also the management of the streetscape and public environment.

Community Service Representative Manager 

Our uniformed Community Service Representative Managers are outgoing and proactive coordinators and program facilitators with CSRs who actively engage those in Center City by communicating clearly and providing exceptional customer service to those seeking to enjoy the diverse cultural, business, restaurant and entertainment attractions of Center City or when assisting in resolving problems. Essential to this role is the ability to build a proactive public engagement team, involved in place management, customer service and reporting public safety concerns.
