The design of Broad + Noble was inspired by the surrounding neighborhood’s historic buildings, incorporating brick and glass elements on the exterior and Venetian plaster and iron detailing throughout the interiors, Bradley Thompson, Managing Director at Toll Brothers Apartment Living, told the group.
The apartments are both bright and well-insulated from the sounds of bustling Broad Street traffic. The top floor at Broad + Noble features amenities including a podcast room, communal kitchen, and outdoor deck with four grills and 360-degree views of the city. The deck was designed by Studio Bryan Hanes, the landscape architecture firm that designed the neighboring Rail Park. It echoes the park’s design with similar swings, benches and planter boxes.
